You use support.yourdomain.com  then you will have to add a CNAME record to point to yourdomain.visionhelpdesk.com

support.yourdomain.com  CNAME yourdomain.visionhelpdesk.com

Once you have added CNAME record, Further changes will be done by Vision support team.
