Brief about setting up email queue.
Using fetch type :PIPE
You can use your existing email support@yourdomain.com into Vision with fetch type PIPE.
First, you need to add the forwarder into your email box (for eg:
support@yourdomain.com
forwarded to
support@yourdomain.visionhelpdesk.com
)
Once you add the forwarder, add
support@yourdomain.com
into Vision under email queue with fetch type "PIPE".
Using POP3/IMAP
Under your email box setting for
support@yourdomain.com
email check the forwarder (POP3/IMAP)
Add this
support@yourdomain.com
email directly into Vision with POP3/ IMAP with required details.
